Motor noise on start

I've noticed a noise when I star my motors which is very brief and sounds like metal on metal. I'm not sure if it's always done this and I've just now noticed or if it's new. I can't tell which motor it's coming from. Just curious if this sounds normal and if not what the issue might be. Thanks.

Mine sounds about the same, a little different but that could be due to my props (I've never started without props.)

Very similar to how mine sounds and it's been running fine since November...
