Motor going out

I have a motor acting odd. Let me see if I can explain. When you spin a motor they shake to a stop due to the magnetism. On this motor it feels that the magnets are not grabbing like the others. Seems to run fine, sounds fine when running tests good in the software, but it just does not seem as smooth which is what I think it inhibiting the shake of the stopping prop.

So this motor also lost a E clip that I reattached with the little bushing. It was a very tight fit. Is there a trick to getting these on? Could it be too tight causing the bind? Or should I just replace the motor to be safe?

I'd be scared to fly without the e-clip!!
sounds like a good reason to replace the motor perhaps.

Yeah the E-clip is back in place. I would not fly that way.
