Hi,
I had a minor crash with my Phantom 4 Pro yesterday. I was around 1 foot off the ground and flying it towards me when I rolled the wrong way into a tree that was right beside it. Two props flew off and one of the propeller mounts is broken also. That's about all the damage I see. I've tested it without the props in the house and all motors spin and there's no errors on the app.
Anyway. When I had my P3A I flipped it on landing the props went mental into the ground until I turned them off. This time the motors didn't spin when it landed upside down, at least I don't remember. I picked it up and the motors were off. I looked at the video footage after and it doesn't seem as if the motors continued spinning.
Is there an auto-turn off for the motors in the event of a crash?
Also should I see error messages on the app advising of motor/ESC damage etc?
