Most Efficient Props?

I am sure that this has been asked many times, but what are the most efficient props?

I have tried carbon props and I was surprised to see that they were less responsive than the stock props. There is a noticeable difference and that the carbon props are much slower when climbing.

I have not done any testing to see if the carbon props increase flight time.

I've read the stock props were the best ones to use and people advice against using carbon ones.

There are some new props by DJI you might want to try - DJI 9450
