Came up with this way of mounting the tablet with the original holder while waiting for my new one to arrive.
Also made a signal booster out of a CD, yet to test.

In another thread, a poster said that on a Standard, S1 down, and S2 down will be Home Lock.
I'm in the US, and it does not work on mine.

To be honest I'm not sure if the S2 operations work as I've not yet tried them. Just put the sticker on as it came with the set :)
 
Hmmmm. Mine didn't come with those. We're they included in a bundle from a retailer?

Be sure to put google maps on that cd, just in case you lose internet connection...;)
 
I like it, I did the same with one of those sticky phone holders. I took the sticky part out and replaced it with Velcro. Holds very well. I switched it my entire plastic oem mount with a p2 metal mount off Amazon for a couple of bucks to keep the bouncing down. I like your idea but I like to use my lanyard.
