MISSING Phantom 2 V+ Poster in Palo Alto

The media has found this 'missing drone' poster rather amusing. Not so much for the guy who lost his brand new P2V+

One note: he says the P2V+ will 'broadcast its location when power up' but that's only if it's bound with your phone and in range. It;s not like 'Find My iPhone' which uses the internet to show its location.

I guess that's to deter one from simply keeping it... lol Hey, at least he's doing his best to get it back... He just better hope that the person who found it, didn't contact a lawyer and seek advice on what he/she can sue for the injuries sustained when this landed on his/her head... haha That would be my fear seeking something that you have no idea where and how it landed... Personally, if my intent was to go that far in the event I lost my drone, I would simply put the little "if found call xxxx" sticker on it... sure saves the time in posting flyers.
