Mini Led Light

Hi. I have attached a battery operated mini led light in the camera area of a regular vision and don't know if it can affect in any form the electronics of the quad. Any advice before try it are welcome. :? Thanks

Ive seen loads of youtube videos of phantoms having additional lights and none have reported any issues. Im actually thinking of adding a rear light to mine.

The only problem that I can see is if you mount it too close to the camera lens. Are you supplying another battery or using the stock battery? Just to be certain, most LEDs come without a resister, so you will need to calculate the resister value, if not included. You probably know that, though.

It is small but still an electronics change in the machine, so re-calibrate your compass.

Thank for the replies. After the compass calibration I try it without issues. But I will remove it because there was not a significant advantage. Thanks again guys.
