Mini iosd goes off as phantom lifts?

Hello guys
I have been flying with my phantom for 8 months.My setup is;
PHANTOM 1
PMU V2
DJI MINI IOSD
FATSHARK ATTITUDE 250 MW FPV SYSTEM

Yesterday, i tried to fly with 2 parallel battery for the first time.
As i powered, the phantom played abnormal voltage sound and i cut the power in a second.
After i tried to fly, Everything is normal but dji mini iosd dissapears as i increase the throttle!!!!!!
Video signal is working 1KM but no iosd.As soon as i land iosd comes back????

1-I disconnect GOPRO mini iosd works in the air like it used to be i can see via fatsharks(NO VIDEO-YES IOSD)
2- if i connect them properly it works only at Motor start(idle).Little increase iosd starts to blink and eventually off.
3- First time i tried to connect mini iosd to pc(iosd software) via micro usb cable(samsung cell phones) it did not connect to pc?????????
Which part should i replace?
-PMU V2?
-Mini iosd
-mini iosd cable/gopro av cable
-something with fatshark?

By the way i powered the fatshark rx via balance cable with double battery(may damage the av cable somehow)
