No. However, you do want to make sure you're using a quality memory card that has a fast enough write speed. You can find some memory cards that'll work well here.

The SD cards DJI supplies are of good quality and work just fine.
There wouldn't be much point giving you a card that didn't work.

No. If you're not seeing clear video with the stock memory card, then you most likely need to tweak your camera settings or you could potentially have a problem with your camera.

how do you transfer video to your computer ?

It's easiest to remove the memory card from your Phantom, insert it into a memory card reader (I use this one), and plug that into your computer.
