    Hello

Anyone know where to find settings on metering? If you touch on the screen, you can set you camera meter to the area of the screen you like, but i cant find actual settings for center weighted and spot metering in the app.

When I do select the exposure after a while it stops working. Anyone else get this?

It may be used as a reference area for the histogram but I haven't tested that. The camera controls are not covered very well in the manual.

By the brackets that occasionally show up on the screen with the two semi circle lines inside, I THINK that it's set to use an average metering unless you tap the screen. At that point, you'll see the spot metering box show up. I've been looking for this as well and haven't found any other explanation.

Glad I am not the only one who thinks this is random?

    It's not random
The app defaults to centre weighted average but spot metering is available when you tap the area you want to meter from.
