Shipping is covered...even to and from Canada.
We do not do warranty work for DJI. However, if you have the Service Contract, there is little need for the DJI warranty. We cover crash damage as well as normal wear and tear. That being said, if you have a factory defect and need a replacement, send it back to DJI or the dealer from which you purchased it. We aren't in business to replace drones. We are in business to save you time and money on repairs.
