Measurements from 3D models

I've been a silent observer for several months. I love the discussions. Here's to my first post.

I am looking to work with a roof inspector who needs to measure roof pitch. I have tested and checked with MapsMadeEasy, skycatch/workmode, pix4d and none of them allow for measurements from the 3D models. Altizure does have the capability but the pilot/client collaboration is cumbersome.
Does anyone know of a web app that will allow for me to pull the rise and run to determine the pitch from a 3D model that has a good pilot/client atmosphere?

Pix4d does if you buy the licensed version. The free version only allows you to make the 3d model
