Maximum speed on a FC40

I flew in ATTI mode and managed to add about 7 mph. I'm at 57.18 and into 3rd place for FC40. I could easily top 60 as that was my first and only try flying in ATTI. All you need is a 25 or so MPH constant wind to do so. The Phantom will do 40 in calm wind, my only fear is losing the sucker which is pretty easy to do at those speeds, lol.

Just have to keep a cool head and a calm hand
I have only flew my phantom in atti mode due to being used to it not fighting me due to the GPS

Now that I have a p2v I use the GPS so it will hold to take pics normal flights its mainly atti mode

I have had good practice flying smaller quad copters indoors

Though I don't think I am brave enough to attempt that unless I had a GPS tracker on the bird in the event it goes bye bye
