In the DJI Battery Safety Guidelines, DJI warns not to fly in temperatures above 122°F (50°C).
There's another thread on heat somewhere in here. One of the biggest concerns is that your controlling tablet or device will over heat and shut down. I've seen this on my Ipad air 2 doing a roof inspection. Glad that I was doing LOS. Yes, I'm in Texas. It's darn hot here. BTW. I will say, try to limit your battery draw to no more than 50pct. That way it will keep the heat down some. Required power use is volts X amps and when the volts go down, the amperage draw goes up, ie more heat.
