    That was lucky, if he carries on flying like that he will soon be grounded while its gone for repair lol

    Amazing recovery. I'm guessing that the light levels were too low for the obstacle avoidance to work properly.

    Did I miss the feature about the Mavic that it is also a weed whacker? Now go practice where there are no trees.

    That is one of my worst fears as I have a little trouble with depth perception but it looks like the obstacle avoidance DID stop it from crashing into the ground.
