I thought Best Buy had a 14 day return policy. That's what they told me last time I tried to return something there. And I agree, most of the employees there are clueless. One of the employees tried to make me look bad and like I didn't know what I was talking about. There were a lot of people in the store, so I turned it around on him and made him look like a Azz Hat in front of 30 people.

They have different return days for different products. Drones are 30 days, unopened.

Best Buy Canada rocks..they so much want to keep you happy and shop again. London Drugs was similar when I dealt with them and 3DR fiasco, they gave me my money back in record time after close to a year of dealing with 3DR...I hope London Drugs also picks up the MAVIC...Anyways I pre-ordered with 10% discount with Best Buy
