Not sure if this is a quadcopter let alone a Phantom, but thought it was worth posting here.

Federal Way man drowns after falling into a pond while flying remote control helicopter

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — A 74-year-old man drowned after he fell into a pond in the back yard of his Federal Way home Tuesday.
Federal Way police said it is believed that the man was in his back yard in the 2600 block of Southwest 323rd Street flying a remote control helicopter when he somehow lost his footing, fell into the Ponce de Leon Pond and was unable to get out.
It had been about an hour since family members had been in contact with him. He was found face down in the water about 7:45 p.m.
The victim was removed from water and CPR was performed, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The King County Medical Examiner is expected to release the man’s identity Wednesday.
