Can someone explain how to do maintain the P2V+ well?

What do prop balancers do exactly and how do I balance (un-balanced) props

Every 10 flights ,
I do a compass calibration ,
IMU basic/advanced
tighten screws
wipe clean ,etc.

There really is no maintenance other than the occasional calibration and keeping her clean. Turn your motors with your fingers occasionally and verify they are smooth without excessive play or binding. That's really about it.

Prop balancing makes the motors more efficient, helps them last longer, and reduces any vibration introduced into the system from an unbalanced prop. You only have to balance a prop once unless you hit something (or your weighting comes off if you use that method to balance). To balance your props, you would need something like a Du-Bro Tru-Spin Prop Balance (<$30) and, because your Phantom props have embedded hubs, a little add-on offered by Atlanta Hobby that threads into the prop (works on both CW & CCW props)($9.99). You could order both from Atlanta Hobby, but here are the links:

Du-Bro Tru-Spin Prop Balancer:
