Dating from around 600BC to 50AD this is a relatively undisturbed Iron Age hill fort. Due to preservation orders no detailed archaeology has been done in the area so it remains relatively unknown. We also encounter the ancient quarry works of the area which have been used through the centuries to build many of the historic buildings in the area, including London's Westminster Abby.
