Low data rate on my phantom 3

Hi guys
Ive finally found out what was wrong wid my video quality. Ive always know. There was something wrong wid the quality if my videos so it just crossed my mind to check the bitrate of the videos and compare it to my brothers p3p and voila.. Mine is writing 30mbps data and his is on 60mbps... That seems like a whole lot of difference and i do see it on the tv.
Any ideas on how to fix it back??

Copy his settings?
If you reset the camera to defaults it should be writing at high bitrate on highest quality settings.
You might try a different SD card especially if not using the suppllied one.
Not sure what would happen when recording video if your card is not fast enough, but it can't be good.
