Lost Prop Nut

Flying tonight about 6 ft off the ground and threw a propeller about 50 ft. Lost the CCW prop nut. ordered a new pair online already but tried buy a 6M led hand thread locking nut locally... IMPOSSIBLE... after hours of researching every possible store in my state there is not a single that has this nut... If you lose you counter clockwise nut you are F**ked! the only way is to order a new nuts online... so now i play the waiting game.

Sorry to hear that, so in the mean time check and see if the motor shaft bent?
You may also want to re-calibrate too.

everything seems to be fine. i was in a big field and it landed softly. Motor shaft seems fine but i haven't fired it up yet. seems to be ok though :shock:

guess it's a good idea to have some spares around.
But also a good idea to tighten the nuts at the start of the day or every half dozen flights or less.
