Lost image transmission

Hi All, First post.

My P3A is losing image transmission on every flight, sometimes as close as 50m away from me.

I have spoken with DJI this morning, and gone through IMU and Compass calibration and they have asked me to see if that fixes the issue.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I was out with a friend this morning testing his vs mine to see if it was normal. His didn't lose transmission once, on the same flights. Tried different cables, iPhone and iPad same results mine loses image transmission.

Its on the latest firmware and is only 6 weeks old ;o(

I had this problem after flying on the beach, with lots of sea mist.

After a night stored with some dehumidifier, it returned to work properly.

I don't know if this will help. But try disconnecting the gimbal completely (both connections) and reconnecting with the drone turned off.
