Lost FPV after upgrade

After my recent software/firmware upgrade using DJI RC System Assistant_1.1 and DJI Phantom 2 Assistant_3.0 on my Phantom 2 Vision,
I cannot link to my repeater. As far as I can determine the camera is also not broadcasting. (I do have control of the motors. )
Were these the correct assistants for the P2V?
Should I try to reload the software?
Should I try to revert to an earlier version of the software?

There is a possibility I destroyed my repeater trying to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your troubles mate but... fpv has nothing to do with the version of the software you have on your phantom.

FPV works starting from your phone to the range extender and then to the camera - and all the way back via the same route. Whatever you have on the phantom does not partake in video transmission nor the camera tilt.

Do search the forums for info about camera connectivity - binding the extender etc has been discussed many times.

FVP found again. I'm back in business now that I have pushed a bit harder on the connector on the back of the camera.
