Can anyone recommend a setup to charge multiple phantom batteries at once?

I know nothing about parallel charging. Is it dangerous? I've heard the batteries all have to be at the same voltage. Is that true?

No more dangerous than charging one at a time, other than the fact you've multiplied the number of batteries that could potentially fail while charging. You should consider a lipo bag like one of these for while you're charging (even just one at a time): http://www.amazon.com/Battery-Fireproof ... B00B5PXWP4

I don't know if the batteries have to be at nearly the same voltage or not (it would be nearly impossible to always get them all to the exact same voltage when drained). Mine are usually pretty close when I charge them.
