Look at the great packing job by DJI - damaged.

The retail box was factory sealed and from an Apple Store. The outside shows no damage from being dropped or the like, nor does the styrofoam show any damage.

The props are bent, the power brick I have no idea what happened there. Even the styrofoam
is warped from it. I should have opened it before leaving since I'm 90 miles away so now I have another trip next weekend. :(

I should make clear this was a exchange due to a 'left vision positioning system error ' that would not go away.
 
These are the worst ones. Five of them total have bent ends, up or down.

Why not? Shipping for large companies costs pretty much nothing to them

DJi isn't gonna overnight anything to any one. They'll send you free props but it's not gonna be overnight. They just don't do that kind of thing.
 
hahahaha.. DJI and overnight shipping of replacement parts.. LOL
