Anyone else having a long delay with a DJI repair? Sent it in last week and the 1-2 days assessment is taking a while. Spoke to live chat and they can't tell me anything.
I'm currently in the process in shipping mine off. I called last night and I was informed that once it got to their facility it would take up to 7 days in the repair center to assess it. He didn't say anything about repairing it. This is my third day as an owner.
The term "repair" at the DJI shop is a misnomer. You'll get back a FrankenPhantom built of so-so parts salvaged from other work orders -not your original.
Sorry for delay guys. Been a bit busy last week or so. I did do an update post to this. But worked out quite affordable and cheap considering the deadly drop to death it had lol
