Logo printed on your video

This may have been covered already, but there are that many different threads on the site it would take me ages to find it, so I apologies in advance if this question has been asked and answered before.

Is it easy to place a logo or company name on a video, or do I have to purchase extra software to achieve this.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice you guys can give me.

Windows movie maker would be a good start. Free & fairly straightforward.

This isn't really specific to Phantom 3 footage, but any video editor that allows you to add layers on top of the original video should do the trick. Turning to Google yielded this useful page:

What are you using to edit your videos at the moment?

Using I Movie at the moment, but still learning how to use it, when I get back home I will try and use Premier Pro, but I am finding it hard to get my head around it.

If you can get your head around premier then use that.
It will benefit you more in the long run when you get better at editing.
