Do any of you guys use any Log Book apps, or just pen and paper?

Excel Spreadsheet. Then I have it in dropbox so I can update it on my iMac, iPhone or iPad. I like having notes, makes it easier to find videos by date if I haven't named them. Also good to have a rough idea how many hours I have logged too.
