So inspired by some of the videos I've seen on here I downloaded the Litchi app for android yesterday afternoon and had a play around on my home pc creating a few missions in the Litchi Hub to save for future trials.
There's still lots to learn, but....
so far I've found it user friendly (and I'm not naturally gifted with computers by any means).
And if I can do it, anyone can!
My intention is to initially trial Litchi with my P3S and maybe with my Pro later on down the line.
So I created a tiny little 3 minute mission to try at a local field.
It worked great!
This app gives the Phantom so much more potential, my heart was pounding as the drone took off automatically and started the mission.
I gripped the controller like a nervous little schoolboy in case it all went wrong and I would have to take manual control to stop a crash or flyaway.
But no, it all went smoothly and exactly as I had created back home on my pc.
Sorry if I sound like a juvenile but Litchi is flippin' awesome.
I hope my future missions will get bigger and better....
