Litchi Recording Data-rate Halved??

I always have recorded 1080/60 with Litchi and the data-rate for the MOV has always been 60mb/s. However,. everything I recorded this last week came out at 25mb/s - I noticed because the trees and grass were, "Shimmering" extra noticeably. I went through all the settings and can't find a way to alter any of those types of setting in Litchi or DJI GO.

What gives???

This was reported an issue with DJI GO app also. What FW version?
