I have an old Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 that I was going to dedicate to flying. It's running Android 4.1.2 and everything work great except for Litchi, it crashes before it even opens. Do I have any options to get this tablet to run Litchi? It is rotted but I can't seem to find a rom of a newer Android os to put on it. Any ideas at all??? I really want to just have a dedicated tablet but I don't want to use my Tab 4 because I use it for so many other things.

I'd consider contacting Litchi. If the Litchi app shows up in the Google Play Store from your Samsung tablet, that implies that it should work on the version of Android you have - assuming that your tablet has the latest Samsung and Google updates at least. The app developers can mark the compatible devices and Android versions their apps are supposed to work with. If it doesn't show up in Google Play Store from your tablet, then it isn't supported. If it does show up then Litchi implies that your hardware and OS is compatible.
