Has anyone ever had this problem of the lights flaring on their Phantom 4? Here is an example of what I am talking about, you can see it in the lights to the side as well as the fireworks. (don't worry I didn't fly over any people and I was quite far from the fireworks and I cropped and zoomed the video in a bit to make it look closer)

I have tried resetting camera settings. I have tried manual and auto, I have tried using another UV filter. I have inspected the lense and it is not dirty.

It may just be that in very dim or very low light situations the 12mp camera just has those artifacts in it. I haven't shot any thing in low light, yet, so I can't speak from experience. It could also be the way you are processing the video if you are doing that when you download it and put it on your computer.
Jussaguy has a nice piece of information on how to get the most out of your video on this link:
P4 camera not as sharp as I was hoping
