No one answered this? Lightroom is my go to editing tool. I have PS, but I never really learned the program well so instead I use Lightroom.
The best ISO is always the lowest you can use. The higher the ISO, the more noise.

ps: You will see other message strings about JPG vs. RAW. RAW is always better as you have greater flexibility to correct or edit RAW.
