LightBridge-Futaba-Mounting hardware

Finally got my lightBridge today, hooked it up and it worked!
Went and bought a Galaxy Tab4 ~7in. at BestBuy for $200.

Loaded the newest version of the the DJI app. It would not load from the app store, but got it working manually. Can't believe we don't have 1080p out...

Now, I need to mount the LB and the Tab onto my Futaba 14SG.

I see Tarot mounts for the Tab but what mount to get for the LB?

My LB came with an aluminum bracket that mounts to the Futaba stand. It was one of the first LBs out though - they may not have included those with the later ones. Before I switched to HDMI out I used a Nexus 7, and ended up printing a custom mount since I couldn't find anything that did what I wanted.
