Light ND filter

There was a small ND filter that fit on a Naked gopro that didn't weigh too much... I can't find it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Yes. that's fine. I remember it slid onto the lens and needed no counter weight.

Correct. Here's the one I recently ordered... http://r.ebay.com/4mSIuN it's 3.6grams so I'm thinking it should not need a counterbalance on my H3-3D... I'll post what happens when I get mine next week.
