Just looks like the plastic 'clips' have parted, should just click back if you squeeze it......:)

Oh, well then! Haha. I did not know it just clicked back into place!

I thought the screw housing might have just ripped the threading out. I will give her a good squeeze.

As for the slight whistling noise.. Maybe because air is leaking out the small crack/part?

Thank you for the reply!

I tried to squeeze it, but it wouldn't snap back into place. Any other ideas?

Whistling is common and often benign.

Just be sure the motor's outrunner (the part that spins) is not touching or rubbing the shell anywhere.

Maybe you need to loosen the 4 screws that hold the top and bottom shells together, and try again, don't loosen the 4 that hold the motor if you can get away with it........

Where can I pick up/buy the piece i need to unscrew this screw? It did not come with my Phantom. Only the allen wrench to losen the screws around the motor was included.

ok, looking at my P3S looks like a tourq 3mm driver is required, any decent hardware store should have them. Not sure which country you are in but the can be bought online from any place that sells tools

Thank you guys. I really appreciate the help!
