For you pros and semi-pros out there, I've recently had a few customers wanting to purchase licenses to some of my video clips. I am Part 107 certified, so no worries there, but I wanted to see if any of you could share a licensing agreement or statement that you normally use. For my previous deliverables, I've just included a licensing statement, but with these I want to make sure I cover my bases:
-Non-exclusive license (I retain the rights and can license the same video to others)
-Royalty-free (meaning it's a one-time fee, not charged per display)
-Specific use (one wants to use clips for a production and another wants to use for their website)
OR
-Unlimited use (another is purchasing an unlimited or non-specific use for a 3 year period)
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
