Just found this out and its worth repeating because I'll bet a lot of people recharge after flying. I DID !!

STORAGE OF LITHIUM BATTERIES

For long time storage it is recommended to discharge/charge the batteries to 50-40% of their capacity. Never store LiPo batteries fully charged, not even for a week, the performance will degrade noticeably.
 
Yep, well known throughout the hobby.

DJI has now released an update to their Smart batteries that starts to discharge them after a week.

The self-discharge feature begins at 10 days of no actitvity and takes approximately 2 days from 100% charge.
