Lever tension

The lever on the back of my TX is real loose. How do you increase the tension? I see a small hole down and to the left of the lever but I can't tell what is needed to tighten whatever is in there. Is that where you increase the tension or do you just tighten the screw on the lever itself?

Hold the end of the lever and tighten down the set screw a little and test it.
The other end of the shaft goes into the pot (rheostat) that you can NOT change the tightness when turn.
