LED Indicator Lights on P2V Do Not Light on Power Up

Today to my surprise, I turned on my Phantom 2 Vision and the on-board LED indicator lights flashed green briefly then went off. The Phantom, camera, FPV, range extender and RC control seem to be working normally. I cannot find a cause for this new behavior described online. I would appreciate any advice about how to restore the normal LED display of Phantom status by these lights.

If you arm the motors do you get any lights on the front arms? Do you get the boot up flashes on the rear arms when you first power up?
