Latest firmware

When I open up the DJI Go app it tells me my aircraft firmware version is 1.4.10 is this the latest? I keep hearing everyone talking about a new firmware update but when I go to the DJI site it looks like this is the latest am I correct or not?

This is the latest as of now but a new update will be released in few hours.

ok so my question is if I have the latest firmware for the last oh I dont know week or more my App has been telling firmware update needed on aircraft, if the new firmware is just coming out why has it been telling me update need for a little while now?

Maybe it was telling you to update for the radio control ?

ive got the same it is the rc update, do we need to update it or doesnt it really matter?
