Large margin mid point error... Help

Hello everyone first post been lurking, anyway, Wasn't paying attention and hit calibration start button when I had USB connected to P2V+


As you can see t stick is off big time... I tried to calibrate sticks(this time connected to transmitter) but no response... Green arrows don't even move... Any help Would be great! I

Also notice when I plug in transmitter
The lights on the lower left side are red and blue
