Hmm... that spec sheet should be just barely enough for decent 1080p playback, but seems nowhere near enough for 4K viewing or editing. Any way you could try on another computer, maybe a friend who has a high-powered desktop or newer, more powerful laptop?

So after doing some continuous research I am finding out that the choppiness I'm getting is from radio interference and after going back and watching the video I see the top bar repeatedly reads "weak transmission signal" around the time of the choppy footage!!!
