Lagging p3s

Hi guys
First flight today for several months and I noticed the app has been updated.
The phantom seems to be lagging when I press the apps buttons. It takes about 20secs to respond to me pressing photo/video record button, and take off slide is also lagging?? It's making it next to impossible to take photos and video. Is this a common issue with the latest app software? I haven't upgrade firmware on the phantom as I'm worried it will effect its performance, but am thinking this is what's needed?

It's an iPhone 6. I might look to updating the phone then

Wouldn't have thought its the phone, given it worked fine before?

Hughyg, try using these settings.

iPhone 6 should have plenty of extra CPU power so no extra tweaking should not be required.

Have you tried another known-good USB cable? All FW and apps up-to-date (or the same generation)?

So I updated my phone and the firmware on the P3S. App working perfectly, but drones distance is woeful[emoji26]. Luckily it all works perfectly with the litchi app.
