Keep losing a propeller

Hey there guys, I ended up changing the ESC and when I turn the Phantom on now I get the start up tune followed by three beeps. Can anyone tell me what this means and what I need to do to correct it.

I'm assuming it's because I changed the esc, I have reinstalled v3.08 but that didn't change anything.

And the light doesn't go on for that esc on start up. It goes on after start up

Confirm its a new version ESC. Forum people say it has different start up sound.

No Damon, it's an original no 7. The motors come on and spin up fine. Haven't test flown yet, it's raining where I am but would like to figure this out before I take it outside with props on.

And the four beeps only come that esc I put in after the start up tune.

The older ESCs give 4 beeps after the rising tones. The newer ESCs don't.
There's also the change in the light-up behavior that you noticed.
The ESCs are physically the same; just different firmware.
The firmware cannot be updated by the Phantom. It requires a special hookup and a special software.
