So, I just got a gopro 4 black with FPV and a phantom II. Totally having a blast with the initial flights. This is really cool.
I wanted to post some videos on Youtube, but I see the FAA giving a stern "talking to" to videographers of Lollapalooza, Arkansas Tornado, etc. No mention of fines, that I can tell, yet. What's the deal here? What can I put on Youtube safely? Can I be a Youtube partner for ad revenue, or is that "commercial use"? What's the deal?
