Judging altitude with no wifi

    This screenshot from the FC40 camera was taken after 30 seconds full throttle up. I have no idea how high I'm going so I need to learn to estimate. Can anyone take an educated guess at the altitude of this picture?

    The picture is a screenshot from the video, not the wifi app. Thank you.

    Max Ascent/Descent Speed 20.7 ft/s (6 m/s)

    This is the spec on the FC40. I suppose the rate of climb will vary with altitude but 30 seconds is 621 ft based on the spec.
    It sure seems like my FC40 climbs a lot faster than that but probably not.

    That Picture is about 150ft to 200ft. Ironically I fly with FPV and OSD so actually learn from reading altitudes so much!
