Itelite DBS - 5.8 Ghz 2 controller issue

Hello everybody. I am about to install the Itelite long range antena I have just received. I do not understand what is the dual remote function for which it is advisable to keep a reduced portion of the orginal antena.

Could somebody explain what will be the purpose of this reduced antena 5.8 Ghz
