Issues with software

    Guys, ive been recently faced with several software issues, it doesnt recognises my Phantom at all. i try to install the dji driver and gives me error all the time. i dont know what else to do to make my phantom fly.

    Make sure the USB cable inside the phantom has a solid connection to the PCB board it plugs into (the led module) sometime that can come loose. When plugged in, the led should be a solid green, anything else suggests a problem with that led to cable connection.

    Theres a red light coming from the inside... whats does that mean?

    In the screenshot, it looks like you are installing the Driver? That should install to your computer without the Phantom even being connected. You will need to sort that out first if that is the case.

    Also try unhooking all other non-essential devices from your PC(printer, usb speakers, flash drives). That was my problem.
