I recently purchased a phantom 3 professional and have recorded some footage in the 4k setting. When I pull the SD card and upload to my tablet the footage is in 720p (my tablet is 720 display; it's a Samsung Galaxy tab A) I have also tried it on my Samsung s6 edge phone that supports 4k video playback but the phantom footage is still in 720p. How can I upload/download the 4k hd footage to my mobile device, tablet, or pc?
Also the video footage is automatically saved to my gallery in whatever device is attached at the time of recording in 720p. What's up with that?
